Hey guys....been a little while so I thought I would pop in!!! Everyone is doing so great...I am so proud. I just hope everyone that was voted off is staying with it. Newho....here is an updated pic. I did great last week, but this week has not been so hot. My father is in the hospital and I have been spending most of my time up there. Newho I have not been able to work out as much. I have stuck to the diet and took the stairs at the hospital instead of elevators so maybe that helped a little. This pic is not the greatest but I am in my Memphis Blue!!! GO MEMPHIS! WE ARE PROUD OF YOU FOR GOING SUCH A LONG WAY! WE'LL GET'EM NEXT YEAR!!!!
