It's getting close to the end!!! It's getting harder and harder for them guys to choose someone to vote off. I'm glad (kind of) I'm not in you guys shoes! Newho.....If I was still in it I would have totally been the biggest loser this week. I have lost 6 more lbs. Just my luck! Congrats to all of the ones that are still in it! Andy be proud you did great! Just think.....IT'S MEXICAN TIME. LOL!!!!

Hey woman, looking good.....The garage is open for business come on by anytime and we will rock the weight off. Girl I miss the workouts with everyone and wish I wish still there. Call me and we will get together. I am down 7 more pounds myself...
Hey Kmak...i will tell her and if she wins i will definitely bring you a shirt. how are you doing? you still at it everyday? i hope so cause what i've seen in a major change in everyone. i hope you get to your goal weight and now that you have started working out it shouldn't be hard for you to keep it off. keep it up. i'm proud of everyone and i'm sure you never get tired of the compliments. don't let your leg muscles get to big...lol
