Just another Manic Monday!!

Alrighty, yes it is getting easier, but my abs are killing me from Saturday's workout!!! After workout I went to the Cresent Center to set in Sauna and do another workout. Got stay on top! Newho...feel much better I am now in Mississppi and on my way to take my mom to therapy. (another workout...I have to work just as hard as her during therapy) If you guys don't know my mom had a stroke and become blind. She is working real hard to be independent and I'm right there beside her. Talk to you guys later!!!!
