Well guys it was me! I am so sorry if I let anyone down that was rooting for me. I want you all to know I gave 150%! First I want to thank everyone...then I will vent on the next blog!
First my girl SPRING, you have been my rock throughout this whole competition. There were days I just didn't think I was going to make it and you pulled me through. THIS GIRL BROUGHT ME SHOES!! She did anything and everything to keep me going and I LOVE YOU for it!!!
To Kelsi......thanks bunches!!! No mother could ever be so blessed. You ran with me...ate the same foods as I and didn't complain one time because I wasn't there to help you with homework or make track meets or ball games. Now that this is over and I know I can do it....IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU NOW!
DALLAS.....my lil' buddy. Thanks for being there! You rock! Your talks & text help to encourage me.
Michella....I still believe you were voted off to early and I still believe you deserve a second chance. I loved our chats and love the fact that you still encouraged me even though you were no longer there. I know that was hard for you, but that just shows what type of person you are! I'll cherish our friendship and I think us MS outcast should start working out together! We can meet in the middle!! LOL!!!
Captain & Kelly - You guys are awesome!!! I want to thank you very much for giving me the knowledge I needed to become a more fit and a better person. You guys pushed me and kicked my butt in gear. For that you guys get many thanks!

You go girl, we should just form a team of our own and kick so booty...haha we still got it going on and you just name the spot. You know I have a gym in my garage now and we can kick on some music and dance like no one is watching....I know you feel my pain and you know what I was feeling last week.
Guess what though, after 4 or 5 days you jsut don't give a crap about the knife that was stuck in your back the pain goes away and you press on for the moment in time you may get to see them again. Just to let them know that you didn't need them after all!! In other words you find out who your friends are, no one called or blogged me after it was over with either. You still got me and we will git r dun!!! I love you KMAK!!!!!
