Kmak, i just want to congratulate you on the job you have done in this competition. Hate to see you go as i really enjoyed your blogs and hearing you on the radio speaking your mind. I hope that ou will continue with this program. Take care.
Thanks Dwayne!! Hope Niki is feeling better! Tell her to rock on! I'm still in it...lol just in my mind! My new challenge is to see if I can lose more than the winner. I'm gonna keep it up and weigh myself everyday.
