UMMMMM.....LUNCH!!!


So I have now recooped from the morning workout. I have now drank 120 oz of water and its time to eat lunch. Yeah!!! Lunch is your most important meal. According to LT Kelly and Oh Captain My Captain!!! LOL!! Newho...on todays menu.........
2 grilled chicken strips
1 cup green beans
slices of celery and mixed red & yellow peppers to garnish.
I did put mustard on my chicken for a little more flavor.
Believe it or not....I am really full. Between water and the 5 to 6 small meals we are eating daily. UMMMM Gotta Love It!!!!!!
